Payment Information

Digital Products may be sold through Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for those transactions. Paddle collects and processes information necessary to complete your purchase and may provide Vibe Code Curious with information necessary to fulfill your order, provide support, and administer your access to the purchased product.

Live Services may be sold directly by Vibe Code Curious using Stripe or another payment processor. Payment information necessary to complete those transactions is collected and processed by the applicable payment provider.

We do not receive or store your full credit card number or other complete payment-card credentials.

Purchasing a product or service does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails unless you separately consent to receive them.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit or use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as:

Paddle Purchases

When you purchase a Digital Product through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction and independently collects and processes personal information associated with your purchase.

Paddle may provide Vibe Code Curious with buyer information for purposes such as fulfilling your order, providing access to the product, supporting your purchase, preventing fraud, or otherwise administering the transaction.

Information received from Paddle for purchase fulfillment or support will not be used to add you to Vibe Code Curious marketing communications unless you have separately provided appropriate consent.

Paddle’s own privacy notice applies to Paddle’s processing of your information.

Stripe Purchases

When you purchase a Live Service through Stripe, Stripe processes payment and related transaction information in connection with your purchase.

Stripe may collect information including your name, contact information, billing address, country, business information, tax identification information, and payment credentials.

Vibe Code Curious may receive transaction and customer information from Stripe necessary to administer your purchase, determine eligibility for the Service, maintain business and tax records, provide the Live Service, and provide customer support.

Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to Stripe’s processing of your information.

Live Services and Recordings

When you participate in a Live Service, we may receive information associated with your participation, such as your name, display name, email address, chat messages, questions, screen shares, files, or other information you choose to provide.

Certain Live Services may be recorded. If a session will be recorded, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose that before or at the beginning of the session.

Recordings may contain your name, image, voice, screen share, chat contributions, or other information you choose to contribute. Any options concerning participation in recorded sessions or requests relating to featured or “hot seat” portions of a session will be handled as described for the applicable Live Service and in our Terms of Use.

Participation in a Live Service does not by itself give us permission to use your identifiable participation for advertising or public promotional purposes.

Testimonials and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, or other content intended for public use (“Submission”), you understand that we may use that Submission to promote Vibe Code Curious, including on our Website, in emails, marketing materials, presentations, or social media.
